1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Neuriosity Brain Training website, web app, and mobile apps that link to them (the “Services”). “Neuriosity,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Services under the Neuriosity brand. You can reach us through our Contact Us page.
By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Free access and accounts
Guests can play the daily selection of four games, with unlimited replays of those games. A free email-based account unlocks the broader free game library.
Keep access to your email account secure, provide accurate account information, and do not share login codes. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Progress stored only on a device may be lost if you clear browser data or remove the app; eligible signed-in progress can synchronize across devices.
The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the Services with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Free release
The current Neuriosity release is free and ad-free. The daily guest games and the free account game library do not require a paid subscription.
If you need help with an earlier purchase, use the provider information on your receipt. This free release does not change rights associated with an earlier purchase.
4. Acceptable use and content
You may use the Services for personal, lawful enjoyment. Do not attempt to compromise security, access another person’s account, manipulate shared scores, disrupt the Services, or use automation that interferes with other users. Do not reproduce or commercially redistribute our games, artwork, or articles without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Neuriosity and its licensors retain their rights in the Services and their content. Using the Services does not transfer ownership of the software or content.
5. Entertainment and general information
Our games and articles are for entertainment, learning, and general cognitive activity. Scores are not medical assessments. We do not promise a particular improvement in memory, intelligence, or health, and the Services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. Seek qualified professional advice for personal health concerns.
6. Service availability and account restrictions
We work to keep the Services available, but maintenance, technical problems, and device or network limitations can cause interruptions. Features and game selections may change.
We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security problems, or legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
